How many persons can this location accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 300 guests at this time. After August 2026, we will be able to accommodate up to 400.
Do you do micro-weddings?
Yes, we host micro-weddings for up to 55 guests.
Are you an 'all-inclusive' venue?
Yes, we provide everything from catering to bartending, custom cakes, photography, videography, fireworks, wedding planning, and more. We customize based on the couple’s dream wedding.
Do you allow outside alcohol?
No, we partner with Kombi-Keg Houston to provide TABC-licensed bartenders and beverage services. Your cost depends on the wedding size and your selection of beverages.
Do you allow outside catering?
We allow limited outside catering. All providers must demonstrate proper licensing, and our company will work with them to ensure that the high quality and level of service we are known for is achieved for your important day. All outside vendors must be pre-approved by management.
Do you have financing arrangements?
Yes. Down payment depends on how close the wedding is to the contract date, with the remainder spread across monthly payments up until 30 days prior to the wedding. We do not charge interest.
Do you offer decor?
Yes, we offer use of our custom wooden beach trellis, and use of any items in our decor closet for a small charge. We have over 100 candles, 4 types of lanterns, a variety of garland, backdrops for sweetheart tables, fairy lights, chair decor, signage, and other items. Couples and their families are invited to view the decor prior to deciding.
What hours is the venue available?
The venue rental is from 10 am the day of the wedding until 10 am the following day.
Do you require security?
With limited exceptions, yes. Security is required when alcohol is being served at an event.
What fun, non-alcoholic drink options are there (other than soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee)?
We have a custom cart designed for either desserts and sweets or a self-serve Italian Soda Station, complete with recipes and everything you need for a fun alternative to alcohol that everyone can enjoy. These ‘mocktails’ are enjoyable for all ages (an alcoholic version of the Italian Soda Station is also available).
What base services are provided for all weddings?
- Luxury accommodations and bridal home on the beachfront from 10 a.m. the day of the wedding to 10 a.m. the following day
- On-site reception within steps of the home, with a built-in fire pit
- Commercial tent, tables, and chairs
- Private, decorated walkover
- Beach venue with white resin chairs (set up and take down included), aisle runners, and our custom-made beach trellis
We then work with the wedding party to customize options based on their desired outcome (fireworks, photography, videography, social media content creation, custom cakes, DJ, bartenders, etc.).
What is in your basic catering package?
Our basic catering package includes 3 appetizers for cocktail hour, 3 entrees, 2 side dishes, a salad, and bread and water service at the table. The basic package is $50 per person, plus 8.25% sales tax, for a total of approximately $54.13 per person.
